About the Designer I am Mona, designer and owner of Scraptures.com. My interest in digital graphics began in 1998 with the purchase of my first digital camera. Working with digital versions of my photos, I was able to correct and enhance many by using photo editing software. Since that time I’ve been designated the family historian and have been involved in archiving the photos and mementos of my ancestors. Talk about a walk down memory lane! For me, digital scrapbooking was a natural extension of my photography interest. I’m a 100% digital scrapper and have a variety of programs in my digital toolbox including Photoshop, Photoimpact and Paint Shop Pro. In 2002 I combined my love for digital graphics with my desire to help people and launched Scraptures. Catering to people with a busy lifestyle, my products focused on digitally created scrapbook pages and custom photo editing. Since that time I’ve expanded my product line to include imprinted personalized photo gifts and most recently, I’ve branched out to include downloadable element sets for the digital scrapper. My other hobbies include website design, reading and gardening. You will find that my goal is to create realistic looking elements with coordinating colors that focus on a specific theme.
