Orders from the Digital Shop at Scraptures are delivered via Download. There are no shipping fees or order processing fees added to digital downloads. Orders are processed immediately unless paid for by check, e-check or money order. In that case your order will be processed upon receipt and clearing of your payment.
Download links are provided once your payment clears. All customers are responsibility for downloading their purchase within the time frame allowed, usually 7 days. All customers are also responsibility for ensuring they have adequately backed up their purchases in case they experience a computer hardware failure which results in their downloaded files being inadvertantly deleted. Scraptures will reset download links for purchases made within the previous 90 days of the request provided proof of purchase is included in the email. Proof of purchase includes your Scraptures order number and / or your PayPal receipt. Scraptures is not responsiblie for resetting download links for purchases made more than 90 days earlier than the request.
