Moderate Damage: $40.00 Reconstruction of missing pieces, water damage, creases, tears in facial image area; Face lift - remove wrinkles, sharpening eyes, lips, etc. Major Damage: $60.00 Repair original that has been broken into several pieces; Reconstruct major part(s) missing from photograph; Minimize texture from textured photograph; Major color, density and contrast enhancement. |

| Terms & Conditions 1. Every effort will be made to protect your original photographs. However, when submitting photographs for restoration, enhancement or archival, you, the client, agree that Scraptures or any individual affiliated with Scraptures shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such photographs in transit to and/or from Scraptures, following receipt of such photos or during the restoration/enhancement/archival process. Scraptures makes no other warranty and assumes no other risk and shall not be liable for any indirect special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. 2. You must legally own the photographs you submit for restoration, enhancement and/or archival services and those used to create personalized products. Scraptures adheres to all copyright laws and reserves the right to refuse any order that does not include a signed release. 3. Some photos are so damaged they cannot be improved. If this is the case with one of your photos, no restoration work will be done, and your payment will be returned. 4. Photos judged by Scraptures to be offensive or pornographic will not be processed. If this is the case with one of your photos, no work will be done and your payment and photo will be returned. 5. Photo improvement, restoration, alteration and preservation processes can be demanding and time consuming. Digital techniques and tools help but cannot compensate for a lack of skill on the part of the restoration artisan. These same tools can also be used to produce high quality copies of photos that have received extensive restoration and/or enhancement. Therefore, all Scraptures sales are final. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a Scraptures restoration and/or enhancement, every effort will be made to address your concerns. |
